A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. Walk through of backyard, Licensing noted the water remaining in the water table
Corrective action. Please ensure water is removed from the table prior to exiting the backyard

Observation. Audit of 5 children's files revealed one file missing name and telephone number for medical practitioner
