A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. Bark mulch located under the swings in the outdoor play space is very sparse, and is exposing the hard ground underneath
Corrective action. Bark mulch will be replenished prior to the end of February

Observation. Audit of fire drill records for 4 classes; 4 classes have not recorded fire drills for two consecutive months; 2 classes have not recorded fire drills for 3 consecutive months
