- RECORDS AND REPORTING
A licensee must keep current records for each child showing (a) the information set out in subsection (2), (b) if applicable, the information and agreements set out in subsections (2.1) and (2.2), and (c) the consents referred to in subsection (3).
Observation. Of the children present in the care facility one child's registration information was missing.
Corrective action. Ensure all children present have current registration information.
19060 - CCLR s.57(1)(a)(b)(c) - RECORDS AND REPORTING
A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.
Observation. Of the children present in the care facility, one child was not recorded on the attendance sheet as being present.
Corrective action. Ensure all children present are signed in and out daily.
