- RECORDS AND REPORTING
A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a) name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status.
Observation. On review of four children's files, Licensing observed two were missing immunization status.
Corrective action. Please ensure children's files are complete with relevant information. Licensee will audit files for completeness.

Observation. Licensing observed that a resume, references and immunization status were missing from the Manager file, as well as immunization status for a volunteer. Discussed the requirements of staff files to be available for review.
Corrective action. Please ensure any staff file is complete as per Section 19.(1)
