Observation. Licensing observed accessible to children a garden shovel upright in the soil at the end of the outdoor play area.
Corrective action. Ensure that children do not have access to objects hazardous to their health and safety.

Observation. Licensing observed that a person over age 12 who regularly is present at the facility did not have a valid CRC, expired April 2021.
Corrective action. Ensure that all persons over age of 12 regularly present have a valid CRC.
