Observation. Regarding intake January 6, 2026. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that children were emotionally impacted by witnessing an argument.
Corrective action. Ensure that children are not being exposed to emotional abuse while under the care or supervision of the Licensee. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention.
