Observation. Licensing observed that no children's files contained "person's not permitted" section.
Corrective action. Ensure that each child's file has a record of person not permitted access to child.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(j) - The licensee must review the care plan at least once each year with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent.
Observation. Licensing observed that care plans existed for two children, but had not been reviewed (dated and signed) by families within the last year.
Corrective action. Ensure that yearly review of care plans is occurring with parent(s).
