A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. Fire extinguisher needs to be serviced. Expired in June 2024.
Corrective action. Ensure that fire extinguishers get serviced and tagged yearly.

- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. During the inspection the following was observed: -A shelf over 4 feet was not secured -One bottle of bleach and water was being used to disinfect the diaper mat and the tables. The potential for cross contamination was discussed with the Manager
Corrective action. Please ensure a healthy and safe environment for children is provided at all times.

Observation. Licensing observed rust in the following areas: -One of the support walls of the bathroom stall -Several tricycles in the outdoor play area Rust can present a potential health hazard.
