- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The fridge temperature was 7c which exceeds the allowable temperature of 4c.
Corrective action. The fridge temperature was turned down during this inspection and the manager will purchase a fridge thermometer.
11010 - CCLR s.13(1) - POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The fires extinguisher has not been serviced in the past 12 months.
Corrective action. The manager will have the fire extinguisher inspected and ensure a current inspection decal is available.

Corrective action. The manager recorded the start dates during this inspection.
