Observation. One child in care requires an Epi-pen for an anaphylactic allergy. The Epi-pen was onsite, the pen was not labelled for the child. A staff member labelled the Epi-pen today. The Allergy Action Plan was not completed by the parent and staff and posted today.

Observation. Staff documents are kept at the Bowen Children's Centre. A review of staff files revealed missing documents. All staff require an Immunization statement. All staff require references on file. All staff require a valid CRC
