Observation. Licensing observed that one person over the age of 12 who is ordinarily present had an expired criminal record check.
Corrective action. Ensure that criminal record checks are kept valid for all persons over the age of 12 who are ordinarily present.

Observation. Licensing observed that within the past year, four fire drills had been completed but not documented.
Corrective action. Ensure that fire drills are being completed at least once a month and documented.
