    The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

    Observation. Licensing observed the following deficiencies in the facility: - Single pane glass in door between cubby area and main play area is extremely loose and has high potential to break if door is shut with any force - Walls through centre are badly chipped, damaged and marked particularly in children's washroom - Diaper changing mat is not secured on to counter top and easily slips around - Water damage to cupboards in children's washrooms - Blinds for window covering are damaged or inoperable. Blinds installed in facility are not recommended by Health Canada due to strangulation risks. - Toilet seat in children's washroom is not attached - Heat vent covers in nap room are damaged and broken
