Observation. *An outdoor storage shed containing toys and equipment is located in an area that makes it difficult for Educators to access materials and maintain continuous supervision of the children. The manager suggested a second door on the activity side of the shed may alleviate this issue.

Observation. *CCFL observed 2 metal teeter totters in the outdoor play area. There are safety concerns with these old-style pieces of equipment even though the Manager reports the children are not permitted to use them. *A red vinyl chair in the main room was observed to have worn out patches that are now porous and no longer easy to clean.
