A record must be maintained indicating that the emergency plan has been practiced at least once annually. It is confirmed that all child records contained the required written consent. This contravention is resolved.

Written consent to contact a medical practitioner or ambulance in an emergency is missing for one child. Consent must be in place to allow staff to seek medical assistance when a parent cannot be immediately reached. Observation. An outdoor plastic ride-on car is cracked and not maintained in good repair. Equipment must be maintained to prevent injury. The item was removed from the play space during the inspection.
