Observation. Licensing observed that the approved outdoor play area was not being used. Licensee stated that she does not use the backyard and takes the children, by van, to other locations daily for outdoor play.
Corrective action. Ensure Licensee notifies medical health officer immediately of any change in information provided under section 9 of the CCLR.
