  Observation. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that staff did not implement policies and procedures. Specifically, that staff did not implement the Food and Drink Policy.

  Corrective action. Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to this contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On December 9, 2024 Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: Children would be called by their given names. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

  Observation. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that children were not being supervised by the Licensee

  Observation. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined the Licensee was not utilizing the strategies set out in the Behaviour Guidance policy.

  Corrective action. Ensure that behavioural guidance is appropriate to the age and development of the child who is receiving the guidance, Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to this contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On December 9, 2024 Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: the Behaviour Guidance would model appropriate communication and not shout at the children and children would not be physically moved. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

  Observation. Licensing observed the daily attendance record for children in care were not kept on this date. This was corrected at the time of the inspection.

  Observation. Licensing audited four of 5 children's files of which four files were missing photos/digital image. This was corrected at the time of the Inspection.
