  Observation. Licensing audited 12 children files, two files were missing a record showing date of enrollment for children in care.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept showing date of enrollment for children in care.

  Observation. Licensing observed that a log of inspections, maintenance and repairs were missing records for November 27 and 28, 2024, ECE stated they were conducted but not recorded.

  Corrective action. Ensure a log of inspections, maintenance and repairs is kept.

• A licensee, other than a licensee who provides a care program described as either Preschool (30 Months to School Age) or Group Child Care (School Age), must have in a community care facility a sturdy surface for changing diapers, located outside the food preparation area, next to a wash basin

  Observation. Licensing observed a secondary diaper change station in one Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program within the main play area which was not next to a wash basin. Staff stated they used this diaper change station when working alone.

  Corrective action. Ensure surfaces used for changing diapers is located next to a wash basin.
