  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. In the outdoor play space, Licensing Officer observed overgrown weeds along two sides of the perimeter fencing and in front of the sandbox. The affected areas appeared to be in need of maintenance.

  Observation. Licensing Officer observed that the fire drill system is not displayed in a prominent place in the facility.
