Observation. Upon review of children's records, two are missing the medical insurance plan number.
Corrective action. The licensee will acquire and record this information.

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner and emergency contact.
Observation. Upon review of several children's records, two are missing the name and telephone number of a medical practitioner and emergency contact.
Corrective action. The licensee will acquire and record this information.

A licensee must ensure that each employee (b) practices implementing the fire drill system at least once each month.
Observation. Fire drills have not been practiced yet.
