A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (b) date of enrolment in the community care facility. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Incomplete start date for one child. This was corrected during the inspection.
Corrective action. Please ensure start dates are complete with month, date, and year.

A licensee must ensure that each employee (a) is trained in the implementation of the fire drill system and emergency plan described in subsection (1), including the use of any equipment noted in the fire drill system and emergency plan.
Observation. The fire extinguisher is overdue for servicing (arrow is in the green zone).
Corrective action. The licensee will have the extinguisher serviced and obtain a current service tag.
