  A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Windows in the second floor classroom were unlocked and able to open all the way. There is a concern a child could fall from the window. The Manager locked all the windows at the top during the inspection and is going to keep them locked until other window locks are attached.

  Observation. A child left their blanket at home and staff did not provide an appropriate alternative at nap time.

  Corrective action. The licensee will provide a written response to Licensing detailing their action plan to address the contravention.

• Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that (a) children attending a community care facility are divided into groups, with each group having no more children than that permitted in Schedule E.

  Observation. A child under the age of 30 months was attending the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program.

  Corrective action. The licensee will provide a written response to Licensing detailing their action plan to address the contravention.
