- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child.
Observation. Bathroom drawer contained makeup products and hair straightener. Diaper rash cream was on a low shelf in the bathroom and accessible.
Corrective action. Facility will attach a lock on the door on the drawer. Diaper rash cream will be placed on a higher shelf and made inaccessible.
