A licensee must supply equipment, furniture and supplies that are (b) located so as not to block or hamper an exit in the case of fire or other emergency.
Observation. The large metal gate in the outdoor play space is zip tied together preventing the gate from opening.
Corrective action. Ensure emergency exits are not blocked.
11090 - CCLR s.15(1)(b) - LICENSING
When advertising or otherwise offering services to the public, a licensee must identify the care program being offered.
Observation. The facility is advertising as 'Multi-age and Infant and Toddler care' however is only Licensed for 'In-Home Multiage'.
Corrective action. Submit a corrective action plan.
10060 - CCLR s.11(3) - RECORDS AND REPORTING
A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.
