Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that (a) children attending a community care facility are divided into groups, with each group having no more children than that permitted in Schedule E.
Observation. A child was in care in the 30 months to school age program and they did not meet the age requirements. This child has a temporary placement that is to be in effect June 1st. The Manager advised that they would like to adjust the start date.
Corrective action. The Manager is to provide a compliance plan.
