Observation. An emergency medication was observed and it was expired.
Corrective action. Licensee said he will obtain a new one from the parent.

A Licensee must keep (b) a current record of each person to whom the written agreement is delivered in accordance with that section [CCALA s.19]
Observation. Four children files were reviewed, no current record of repayment agreement obtained.
Corrective action. Licensee said he will keep records of repayment agreement in each child's file.

The licensee must (a) develop the care plan in consultation with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent.
Observation. Care plan not developed in consultation with the parent or any person requested by the parent.
