Observation. Upon discussion with the Manager, Licensing determined that, when there are more then 16 children in the group child care (30 months to SA) program, a child is moved from the program into the group child care (under 36 months) during the day. This is done due to a lack of staffing as there are only two staff in the GCC (30 months to SA) program. Additionally, Licensing discussed when allowed to mixed different care programs.
