- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. The following was observed outside: - broken stool in the play area - a hose laying in the cement and grass area where children play, tripping hazard - large mop bucket in the middle of play area - fence has broken panels with nails protruding
Corrective action. Licensee said the stool broke just yesterday but she will dispose of it. The hose is used for water play but she will ensure that it's wrapped up after every use. The mop bucket will be put away and the fence will be fixed.
