The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction. They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]
Observation. In the bathroom and main room there are areas that need to be addressed. These include repair at sink and peeling paint, chips as these areas cannot be sanitized as they are no longer non-porous. There are also window sills in the room that are showing signs of wear and tear, the edges and corners are worn. LO also observed chips and wearing paint throughout.

Observation. There are two care plans for children in this program. The care plan for a child with asthma has limited information and may not be enough for someone to follow incase of emergency.
