  Observation. LO was not able to review documentation for 1 staff working on site, as the file could not be located. LO reviewed 5 staff files and observed the following: • 1 staff did not have criminal record check clearance on file • 1 staff had a criminal record check on file that had been completed through the RCMP • 1 staff was missing Immunization status It is recommended that all staff files are reviewed to ensure they are complete and accurate.
