Food and other temperature-sensitive products stored outside the required temperature range, increases the risk to the health, safety, and well-being of children in care. Submit written confirmation by August 27, 2026, that the refrigerator is consistently operating within the required temperature range of 0°C - 4°C.

  Observation. One employee's criminal record check is expired. Expired criminal record checks may result in individuals working with children without current screening, posing a risk to the health, safety, and well-being of children in care. Submit written confirmation by August 27, 2026, that a current criminal record check has been obtained and is on file.

  Observation. Shaving gel with a label stating "Keep out of reach of children" is stored in a drawer that is accessible to children. Hazardous materials and products with manufacturer safety warnings that are accessible to children may pose a risk to the health, safety, and well-being of children in care. The shaving gel was moved to a cupboard that is inaccessible to children.

  Observation. The outdoor play space logs were checked, one program had not recorded their play space check since May 9th, 2024.
