Observation. Licensing reviewed 3 staff files and one staff's criminal record check (CRC) was not site specific.
Corrective action. The Manager advised that they initiated the application process for a new CRC.

Observation. Staff do not have Criminal Record Check clearance letters (CRC) through the Criminal Record Review Program (CRRP). The Manager advised that applications have been submitted and that CRC's from the RCMP have been obtained in the meantime.
Corrective action. Please ensure CRC's are completed through the CRRP.
