  Observation. Licensing observed that 2 children require care plans. The information was posted on the wall and included in their personal files, however additional details need to be added to meet the requirement of a care plan and help staff to clearly identify the procedure in the event of an emergency.

  Observation. Sign in sheet was not correct when LO arrived today. Manager reports that she completes it at the end of the day. All children must be signed in and out when they arrive/leave.

  Observation. There was a paper towel roll present for drying hands, however, the paper towel was still on the roll.
