• A licensee must notify the medical health officer within 24 hours after (a) a child is involved in, or may have been involved in, a reportable incident described in Schedule H while under the care or supervision of the licensee.

  Observation. Staff did not notify Licensing within 24 hours as required that a child had been involved in a reportable incident as described in Schedule H.

  Corrective action. Corrective action plan has been provided, no further action is required.

• RECORDS AND REPORTING

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.

  Observation. Attendance records do not reflect the times programs are combined at the beginning and end of day. The time of departure is missing for multiple children within the past two weeks.

  Corrective action. The Manager said departure dates will be checked daily by staff and time children will be combined will be added to the daily attendance sheets
