  Observation. Emergency exit blocked and locked at the time of the inspection. LO reviewed this observation in depth at the time of the inspection.

  Corrective action. Ensure supplies are not blocking, and the door is not locked of the emergency exit.

  A licensee must (b) promote healthy eating and nutritional habits.

  Observation. Children's food observed not stored effectively, and a fridge thermometer not available in the fridge.

  Corrective action. Ensure healthy eating and nutritional habits are promoted including effective storage of children's food..

  A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility unless the licensee or, in the case of a person who is not the manager, the manager has first met with the person and obtained all of the following: (a) a criminal record check for the person.

  Observation. Criminal Record Check not available for one staff working in the program at the time of the inspection.

  Corrective action. Ensure staff files are complete including criminal record checks site specific and valid.
