- Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.
Observation. Licensing observed two Early Childhood Educators and one Early Childhood Educator Assistant in the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program with five children. This does not meet the requirements for Schedule E which indicates there should be one Infant Toddler Educator and one Early Childhood Educator for five children.
Corrective action. Ensure ratio of employees to children is no less than permitted in Scdeule E.
