Observation. Fire drills were not recorded for the month of July and August. This was correct during inspection. The facility did not have emergency supplies that could be taken during an evacuation. Lack of emergency supplies could result in delays in meeting children's basic needs and increase distress among children, potentially impacting their overall health and safety. Submit, by August 28, 2026, how you have addressed this requirement.

Observation. Found the cleaning supplies under the sink accessible to children. Keeping hazardous items or substances accessible raises health and safety risks for the children in care. Submit, by August 26, 2026, how you have addressed this requirement.

Observation. The licensing officer found children's registration forms lacked written consent from the parent to call an ambulance. Additionally, there were a couple of children's files missing immunization status and personal health number on the emergency card. In the event of an emergency regarding a child in care, the licensee is required to have written permission from the parent to call a medical practitioner or ambulance and have all the current personal information regarding the child. Submit by August 26, 2025, how you have addressed the requirement to have all the personal information and consent from parents.

Observation. The licensing officer found supplies hampering the fire exit door. Fire exits must remain unobstructed and accessible at all times to ensure children can be evacuated quickly and safely. Observation. Licensing Officer observed the previously posted white board was no longer posted. This was used to inform parents what snacks were provided daily.

Observation. The facility has not tested the water for lead content.
