Without validating an educator's certificate, the facility cannot confirm that the individual meets the required qualifications to provide care.   Observation. A medication form is incomplete. Incomplete medication documentation may result in errors and inaccurate records. Submit to licensing by October 2, 2026, a plan that outlines how you will ensure the medication forms are complete.

  Observation. The temperature in one refrigerator where children's food is stored measured above the recommended limit for safe food holding. Food must be stored at a safe temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or less. Provide Licensing with evidence that the refrigerator temperature is 4 degrees Celsius or less by May 14, 2025.
