  Observation. Licensing observed that daily attendance had not been kept for children since October 2025.

  Corrective action. Ensure that daily attendance, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time or arrival and departure.

  Observation. Licensing observed that the fire drills and emergency drills were being completed, but the documentation was missing.

• A licensee must ensure that children have at all times immediate access to an employee who holds a valid first aid and CPR certificate, provided on completion of a course that meets the requirements of Schedule C,

  Observation. Licensing observed that neither staff on site had valid first aid that aligned with schedule C.

  Corrective action. Ensure that children have immediate access to an employee who holds a valid first aid and CPR that aligns with schedule C.

  Observation. Licensing observed that staff files were not up to date and some documentation was being kept off site.

  Corrective action. Ensure that staff files contain current records for each employee required under section 19(1).
