A licensee must ensure that each employee (b) practices implementing the fire drill system at least once each month.
Observation. Fire drill log for June was not recorded on the fire drill log sheet. Licensee informed that they had conducted the drill for month of June and had forgotten to record it.
Corrective action. Ensure that the drills are recorded on the Fire Drill log sheet on a monthly basis.

Observation. Licensing reviewed 7 attendance records and noted 2 children were not signed out.
Corrective action. Please ensure attendance records indicate the children's time of arrival and departure each day they are present.

Observation. Licensing reviewed 4 children's files and noted 1 did not contain the name or number of a medical practitioner.
Corrective action. Please ensure children's files contain all required information, including the name and telephone number of a medical practitioner.
